Analysis and Feasibility Study
We analyze the client's needs with an in-depth study of the required anti-vibration system. We propose standard solutions or, if necessary, develop customized projects.
Solution Selection
– Standard Product: Guarantees economies of scale and immediate availability of spare parts
– Customized Product: Ideal for solving specific design needs, it offers exclusivity of the spare part particularly appreciated by OEM manufacturers
Design
Our technical office, equipped with constantly updated SolidWorks CAD/CAM systems, develops 3D projects that are transferred directly to our in-house workshop.
Mold Making
We produce molds up to 600x900 mm for injection and compression molding in-house, optimizing the time and quality of the prototyping process.
Compound Development
We offer a wide range of certified compounds, perfected over fifty years of experience. We collaborate with external research centers to develop specific compounds for specific needs.
Prototyping and Testing
We create prototypes and preliminary tests, offering the option of small production runs for field testing. We collaborate with certified Italian laboratories for specific testing and certification.
Production
We have injection (up to 4 kg of rubber) and compression (up to 40 kg) machines, guaranteeing production flexibility and consistent quality.
Logistics and Storage:
We develop customized warehouse management strategies to ensure continuous product availability, optimizing inventory according to specific customer needs. All management is handled by a customized SAP management system for the production and management of our products.
The entire process is TUV certified according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, guaranteeing maximum quality and complete traceability.”
